Uh i dont really have much to say about this.
The location would be inside of humane labs of course, there's multiple entrances to this location although i don't know how the voice range would work, considering its a pretty big building.
The requirements would be that there would need to be 6-8+ cops on for this to trigger.
the reward could be anything from 100k-300k as this would be a higher tiered heist.
to be able to pull this off you would obviously need a good strategy with a lot of teamwork, same goes for cops.
The cooldown should be 2-3Hours if successful, and you would probably need a shotgun or better to pose a threat.
The only problem i could see is communication between cops and robbers especially if theres a hostage and negotiations need to be made

i dont want this added for the money, as i feel like it would make the robberies a lot more fun on both sides.
