Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

i bought a modded car from the dealer ship and its just a reskinned cheeta says cheeta in my garage and when i enter the car speed is capped wondering if it was ment to be this way or not

What should be happening instead?

Fix the car or maybe get my money back or more info why the car is that way. thank you

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

go to the dealer ship buy a BMW I8 and it will say cheeta

i bought the bmw i8 and it tells me its a cheeta but looks like a bmw i8

I've already changed it in the meta. Just needs to be overwrote to the main server.
