A traitor button is able to be pressed by anyone at any point in the round

What should be happening instead?

Traitors should only be allowed to press the button.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Take the map straight from TTT, and try pressing the button.

I think the stripper config got disabled one way or another.

Temper is correct. The button should be disabled all together. When we finally get the weapons showing up, most of these things would also be fixed.
