Good night everyone,

when I met this server in 2014 I had an account with the name of COVEIRO-157 and I was banned at the time for entering the field of ENEMY, but I was warned in INDIOMA different from mine where I did not understand very well , at the time the BERMERMARINE admin was the one who applied the "PERMANENT ACCOUNT OF MY ACCOUNT" ban until today I can not log in anymore "ON THIS SERVER" WHEN I WAS REALLY KNOWN OF THE RULES AND HOW IT WORKS HAS BEEN LATE AGAIN, ...... ... (this was just for you to understand what I'm going to say in this post)

There is a player with the name of [[CG] King TRUMP) that I already denounced him more than 5x with photos and the description of the chat, until today (NOBODY PROHIBITED IT PERMANENT) because ??
There are several "COMPLAINTS MINE AND NUNGUEM TOMA ANY ATTITUDE" I am bringing the public because I believe that someone from the administration is giving support to this player ..... someone is banishing him feathers for 15 or 20 days and then he comes back again as if nothing It happened!!!

this leaves me wondering ... because my account (COVEIRO-157) is blocked until today ??????????????????????

The player you have reported has been banned multiple times but is evading using VPN. Every time you and others report this player, leadership bans the IP they use. Unfortunately players like this occur in every server out there and we handle them as they occur.
As far as your self admitted ban evading that may be handled as eGO leadership sees fit.

If it uses a program or VPN like you said, it can come back without the system detects it, is it?

EVERYTHING, I just wanted to make it public because I believe someone has helped him come back

the ban is not by the player's ID-UNICO?

Is it done by IP only?

I believed it would be by ID-UNICO or ID of the player.

VPN's, especially the free ones, are known to use dynamic IP's. They get an IP ban on the IP they are coming from, a simple disconnect and reconnect, boom, another different IP. Especially if they are using one that provides different regions.

And now? I'm sorry, but, you gotta stop freaking out about this. If there is a player in the BF:BC2 server that needs to be dealt with by EGO admin's, hop into TeamSpeak. The server is located at ts.edge-gamers.com. That is going to be the best and quickest way to bring attention to those that have the power to do something.
 
Sorry to hear about your frustrations, LIBERADOR. Also, sorry that my post is going to be a bit off topic, but the thread I was posting in was locked. I was hoping we could continue the discussion about this PunkBuster false positive even though Admin here cannot do much about it. I assure you I have never hacked, and I have played enough with the players affected to believe they have not hacked either. This wouldn't be the first time PunkBuster had false positives. They haven't posted any news in 3 years, either. Where have they been? I find it hard to believe they have perfected their software, especially when OS and programs are forever changing. Either that or maybe these are people who do not understand the game?

Dirk McGirk stated that he tried the following things:

- reinstall Battlefield
- reinstall PunkBuster (did you reinstall PB from the disc or did you download the application from their website?)

I have now tried a System Restore, going back two weeks to see if any changes to Windows had caused this kick/ban. That did not work either. I don't make many changes to this computer, so it seems it would be easy to narrow it down, but I don't know where to start. I am considering installing Battlefield on another computer, even though it has the same Windows OS. I read that PB looks at the memory. My violation states to remove the "program" and try again. Would running Windows in Safe Mode help any?

If anyone has any other ideas, that would be great. I have submitted my appeal to PB, so I am also waiting for a reply. If necessary send me a PM on here. Thank you.

I know PB definitely bans by the ID associated with your serial key for the game, as well as IP. They may also do some deeper levels of banning (MAC addresses, etc). Unfortunately there isn't really a direct way "around" it, other than a whole new game, installation of Windows, and likely an IP change. But we have no guarantee of that and unfortunately us endorsing circumventing a ban isn't something we normally do. My apologies for seeming to be a bit unhelpful, but this is a very difficult situation and apparently PB has indicated they are standing by all these bans.

You may want to try it on a clean installation of Windows and see.
 
Add me to the list of PB bans. I've never used any kind of hack. Besides, my stats aren't good enough to have benefited from any hack! :laugh:
 
The TRUMP guy can really be an issue sometimes. Had a run-in with him a few weeks ago. He mentioned he was an Arab Palestinian and pretty much implied he was there for one thing and that's not to play, although he may have played a bit.

He usually just makes a round or two completely unplayable (that's up to a few hours for you who don't play BFBC2) until he either gets kicked/banned or he's had his fun, but it's not a daily occurrence.

Maybe one day when he and others because a more serious problem, eGO could write a script to ban by profile name or IP ranges. I'm sure whatever proxy he uses has a limited number of them, especially since they're all reported as having the same origin.

Look, my friend, thank God, I have not had this problem yet ... It must be very annoying ... I would not know what to do ... I hope your problem is resolved quickly ....

It's becoming clear to me that I really can not get over this person .....

I believed in being an admin who was helping him but I see that it is not .... there is this problem of VPN plus other things .... we will condone this unfortunate

there is no way to tie the IP key to the game?
we do this on MIKROTIK servers
another way can tie the ID-UNICO the key of the game, will it work?
