Unable to sell vehicles

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When you drive an owned vehicle into the sell circle, you lo longer get a prompt to sell the vehicle, instead you just get an error

What should be happening instead?

Drive into the circle and be able to sell it

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Drive an owned vehicle into the shop

[Summer]

Sell it at Sandy shop sir, offroad, utility, commercials were removed from that shop so it doesnt recognized the cars.
