Let's say someone drops the heli and the enemy steals it and takes it back to the uncap. Then they just sit there, never shooting out or anything.

Can we shoot at our own heli in the uncap? This seems like one of those exceptions where it should be OK to shoot at it.

The vehicle was in play, going back into the enemy uncap does not take it out of play, returning to the uncap is not returning to a "safe zone", once in play the vehicle whether chopper or tank is still in play as a viable target. However remember firing into enemy uncap is done at your own peril, if you fire at the vehicle and kill someone just spawning in, you are in violation of firing in without provocation. This is why we have the rule of not camping vehicles in the uncap.

Just FYI: that's going to surprise a lot of people; especially those who camp just outside a base, but back up into the base to repair. (Or the helo that retreats to repair.)

It was a good question, hely is inside the base and you can not shoot .... 0_o .... I think this attitude is wrong, the pilot should use it in combat so that the opposing team has the chance to telo it back ( stay at base I'm against !!)
