Our house move was the Nightmare Before Christmas.

I got the house at the end of the day, but before getting out of the old house I payed to replace parts on a boiler that broke twice, i payed to upgrade electrical work, and then I payed to have it cleaned, and even more money on the buyers inspection. Then on the house we bought, I got to pay for retrospective building permits, boundary disputes, and best of all indemnity insurance to cover ourselves incase this developer who developed the houses in this area decideds to come back and claim this square a land he still owns in his name from the 80's. All in all everything that could go wrong, did go wrong and a whole lot more. Hell to top it all off even hit someone in the rear end on a round about. I tell you what this christmas maybe the worse than the year I broke my elbow a week before christmas and had to have a 36000 dollar outpatient sugery to have it all bolted back together.

Anyway hope everyone else has a merry christmas, mine can only get better lol.

Sorry to hear that Adorable. I remember you talking about the home situation several months ago - it sounds like it's been an insane process. Hopefully it can all be resolved soon and you can actually get to enjoy a place.

Sorry to hear all the crazy news. It will get better. Positive Mental Attitude is a wonderful thing!
