I also noticed this as a Traitor when you buy the Wallhacks from the shop for 2500 credits. If someone is killed early on in the round in the first few seconds you see where their body is, a player model that looks like a live player. This is for both T's and Innocents.

Outlines have been removed from the server so this is no longer an issue~
