F7 broken and not working.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

As said when I open the F7 for instance on the tour bus as a good example(This does include all vehicles though) I can take the top of the bus off and that works but then usng the F7 when i retaag it to put it on it simply just does not go on for me a few others will say it is on but I do not see it at all. This is kind of frustrating as some vehicles do really need that F7 to be able to change some kind of key things like License plates and such.

What should be happening instead?

It should show the on and the off feature not just 1 side then breaking

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Use the F7 menu on any vehicle untag a box and retag I do not think everyone is having this issue so may need another set of eyes.
