CT's shouldn't be able to shoot near stack.

The Problem:
So whenever there's a T in a stack and there's a command such as AFK freeze, some T's might just move there head. Ct's usuaully scope into stack and if a head is just peaking out slightly they will just shoot them, and they have to wait 7 minutes because the warden might constantly be cancer or he might be new so he has to figure out everything all because of a kill hungry CT who all he does all day is play CT and try and ruin the fun of JB. Jailbreak should be fun and players shouldn't be just killed for looking around or for just accidently moving there mouse.

My Suggestion:
CT's shouldn't be allowed to shoot T's who's body's are MOSTLY inside the stack. If a T's body is completely out of the stack during AFK freeze they should be able to kill them or if they are blatently outside the marker or wherever they're supposed to be on (Line, marker, box etc). This is simply to prevent the cancer.

C Corrupted I do agree that sometimes there are CT's that are very cancer and take AFK freeze very literally. Even though they are killing for the T's not following an order.

The one problem I have with your solution is that it would be hard to prove how much of the T's body was sticking out. But, yes you should only kill prisoners if they are completely out of the circle

I'd say if there chest is out than yeah kill them. Like if only they're head is sticking out you shouldn't be allowed to kill them.

P.S. Don't mention me on the forum post's like this. If I get mentioned I usually guess it's from a cl post I made or ban request. I don't want to get spamed on my phone xD

+1

If shooting heads is shooting into stack, why isn't this shooting into stack either? Same goes with a red in stack, why isn't that shooting into stack?

What do players call “mostly in stack”?
What do I call “mostly in stack”?
What do the ATs call “mostly in stack”?

There are way too many variables to that’s rule, and I think it would just open a can of workable for excuses. Good idea, but I don’t think it’s possible to introduce a rule like that.

I'm no expert on jail rules like I used to be, but I'm pretty sure this still counts as shooting into a stack, but everyone overlooks it because nobody was freedamaged.

I've never seen anyone get swapped for this, ever. On the map clouds I get ump, I go into stack, I take one step shoot warden and than get killed because my head is outside of stack. I've reported it a few times before and the admin's didn't considered it as shooting into stack so they didn't get swapped.

If there chest and legs are in stack. The point of this post is so that ct's can't shoot your head that is out of stack. I have many situations of whenever my head might be slightly out of stack and if I shoot with a gun I have or just move, I get killed by kill hungry ct's. I explained what I meant by that by responding to chungus.

I've talked to Mayhem. It's considered as shooting into stack. Could we please close the thread.

Define mostly?

You create this narcasistic world where just because you saw yourself as "being in stack" doesn't mean you were actually in stack and clearly they didn't hit anyone else so you weren't in stack and the t model changed as well when you hold out the gun.

Admins actually do swap on jailbreak especially for shooting into stack but there is only definite proof when someone gets hit otherwise it could be anyone of the 12 cts looking around

So clearly whenever on my screen I look like I'm in stack I'm clearly not and I'm out of the marker. I'm in the middle of the marker, I take one slight step so most of my body is still in stack and I'm able to shoot my bullets without my team mates blocking them, then I get headshot by a CT who's hiding and trying to get this angle to kill one rebeling T. I'm preety sure there's even a rule saying "Don't shoot in stack, take cover and ask the warden to unstack the T's", I made this post because this happeneds to me whenever I'm rebeling or whenever I'm just in stack and might accidently move my mouse. They shouldn't be shooting heads since they could freekill somebody or free damage somebody. I've reported this several times and I've never seen somebody swapped for it. An admin could see somebody shoot a head and than would know that that person is shooting into stack. I've asked leadership about this and it is considered as shooting stack, it was just something I wasn't sure of.

I have, it was rhetorical. When you try to add in more CT discretion all it causes is more problems.

I don't think it causes more problems. Just don't be cancer, simple. If they're clearly outside of the stack jumping and doing all sorts of stuff than kill them. Jailbreak is going to cancer, people don't notice that you can actually win as a ct without cancer. There's one really good warden that can get to lr most of the rounds without being cancer, their name is Jacko.

I remember someone in pg brought this up and I actually like their argument but i'm gonna disagree with you :o

I think most of the time the warden is being cancer for a obvious rebelling reason or they just do it because its their choice.
If a prisoner cant do a simple command which is afk freeze in a marker then I think they should be killed.
Now if the warden is being cancer t's will try there hardest to rebel and the round wouldnt last that long or the round would actually be cool to watch the t's rebel on the warden.

Good points you had Corrupted CoolStoryBob

The warden doesn't have to be cancer to win the round, you just have to think through what you're doing. The point of this post is to make JB less cancer, sometimes you might just move your mouse with your elbow and you get killed by kill hungry ct's. Sometimes you might just want to watch the people who r going to get st, for example someone might have a gun and then try and rebel, instead of sitting in that stack you might want to see what this guy does, he might hit like a 360 noscope headshot and would you not wanna see that :D. I don't think if the warden will be cancer the t's will want to rebel, I personally don't rebel because the warden is cancer, I just rebel for fun and that's about it. Cancer does make rebeling harder but you do not have to be cancer to prevent rebeling. Good ct's and a smart warden will do.

Guards should not be shooting into stacks because there is a high risk you will end up hitting a player who is innocent. If there are Guards doing this, let them know they should NOT be doing this.

I continually get complaints from people saying "Oh the environment of Jail sucks, everyone is so cancer". To those people I would like to ask, are you helping change that environment by doing what SHOULD be done? Or are you just following along because "everyone is doing it".

Don't be a sheep following the herd, be a shepherd leading us to a more fun and enjoyable environment for all players. Cheers!
