Tech Help Need help with my new headset

today i got my new gaming Headset GXT 310 Radius and i can use it to laptop pc and ps4 and xbox, but the issue is im on laptop and i can hear as i should but my mic dont work i have been looking around and checked everything of the headset in settings nothing helps, but the real weird issue is when im on Teamspeak i can actually talk but i cant talk ingame and i changed everything ingame that should be with this kind of headset but nothing worked, so i hope some of you can help me, or maybe join TS if you can help me quickly

UPDATE: i found a way to fix it, just had to uninstall the last device XD

Are you using the adapter or is your mic and audio on the same 3.5mm jack?

The microphone of my headset is not working







First make sure the headset is connected correctly to the computer.

Without the adapter; when your computer has a combined audio port.
With the adapter; if your computer has 2 separate audio ports.

Then make sure that both the headset and the microphone are selected as the default audio device (input and output) on the computer.

yeah i found it while getting triggered XD i just uninstalled my audio device and installed it again since it did not let me update, but thanks for the help any
