Counter-Strike Global Offensive Jail Server Let VIP's Be Allowed to do Mic Check

I've recently been playing Late Night/Early Morning on JB with no admins on for hours.. The only people talking were myself and treehouse and people in chat asked for a mic check, yet no admin was on. So I decided to run a mic check even though i couldn't do anything about it Swap someone/Kick/whatever, but just to check and please the server so i did it and everyone got super triggered. SNOWY YOU CANT MIC CHECK, OMG SNOWY WTF.

So I brought it here i'm suggesting that you should let VIP/DS when admins aren't on let VIP/DS run mic checks and be able to enforce it. I've been on at times where people keep stealing warden, but they dont have a mic, so the round is a cluster ****.

Tell them that they should be actively pursuing warden, if they don't kick them. VIP is DS, meaning you're just a dedicated supporter, does are just perks for supporting the servers. Your not buying admin...

Im aware that im not "buying admin" but that nobody else can control the server when admins arent on. but i wouldnt take it as vips should be admins, but one simple but critical perk

Like corrupted said you are not buying admin.
Looks like you bought VIP just so you can feel powerful with votekick and voteban commands...


EDIT:if there is people rulebreaking and no admin is on find one on the EGO teamspeak server(Ts download : http://teamspeak.com ; and go here :ts.edge-gamers.com).Alternatively you could report it on the forums instead of complaining about not having enough perks as a DS.

Whenever donating to the server, you should do it with the intentions of helping the server out. I got DS because I knew that it is quite hard to maintain a community and so I decided to donate. Having VIP is just a perk for helping out the server.

As Corrrupted said, vip is vip, not ?Admin? hence why the perks are only votekick and voteban to be used in extreme circumstances (always check if there is any admins available first by using global admin chat).

Mic checks aren?t used much, since most of our players have microphones. When the server is low pop. it is usually the case the CTs who have mics and want to join CT are already there, and so when people with no mics are swapped, there is only a few CTs, causing the 1:3 ratio to become unbalanced. It is better to have 2 CTs with mics and 2 without then just 2 with mics (I would only apply this logic if there was not any players with mics or willing to purse warden in queue). I don?t think a ?vip mic check? is neither necessary or a good idea.
