Global Admin Retraining

If you are returning to EGO inactive for 6 or more months, or if you have not attended an admin retraining session, you will have been demoted. On January 1st, the Community Manager Team and their Senior Managers began demoting all admins marked inactive for 6+ months and all admins who had not received retraining.
If you were an admin and would like to regain your admin status, all you need to do is get in contact with a Leadership member who can retrain you and reinstate your rank. Those who do not attend a retraining session will not be re-promoted.

This entire project has been a long haul and a lot of work. What started as an idea over the summer of 2018 was turned into a reality by our admin training team, led by USCG Hammer.
There were a lot of moving pieces and a lot of people involved in making this all go smoothly. From our Admin Trainers and AT Managers who had to retrain all of our admins, to the Community Management team who had to sift through ALL of the admins in their respective games and manually demote them.
On behalf of the Executive Suite and the Board of Directors, I say thank you. None of this could have been done as fast or as smoothly without all of you.
