Having another job center other than in the middle of the city. A job center in Paleto Bay, or in Sandy Shores, or both would be really nice. It is pretty tedious to go back into town when you have to often.
Another idea, maybe more separate than not:
A phone app that allows you to "Clock in" and "Clock out".
This would be really helpful in the event you log off during a job run. Maybe it is just me, but I often have to go back to the lockers to put back on my uniform to continue a job, and I tend to be far away from those locations.
