Thrillers, specially if they are police-y, lawyer-y or mister...-y. lol.

Yes? Well, I rarely watch movies anyway, but John Wick 3 Hype.

I could watch horror movies non-stop and have the best time of my life while doing so. Hands down, horror movies are my favorite.

I really don't watch movies much but probably action.

War Movies, Action, Action-Comedy (like Central Intelligence, Expendables, etc)

Personally I love a good Comedy movie, you can never go wrong with a solid Comedy movie.

I like a nice healthy mix of comedy and action, or just them separate. I don't like horror movies because I find them as stupid for some stupid. I also like movies about war.

Doooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do high budget but terrible (to some people) movies have a category too? Like, DOOM or Battleship?

No preference. It's a case-by-case kinda thing for me

Horror. Anything from creepy spine tinglers like Pulse and Oculus, to comedies like Slither and Evil Dead 2, and polished dramas like Let Me In. Just decide what you're trying to be and own it, preferably without relying on jump scares and so much gore it's torture porn. Nightmare on Elm Street is awesomely scary, Freddy's Dead is awesomely campy, somewhere in between are a few best forgotten. Cabin In The Woods gets it, Unfriended never did. Drag Me to Hell owns it on a budget, Army of Darkness goes overboard and fails it. Anyone who disagrees with me is a ding dong.

Making me pick between action and horror is like making me pick between my dogs.
