For how long I've played the server and Role played as a police officer, Bank robbery's have always been fun to me, on both sides. But there is one problem with every single Robbery location in the game.
They all have One entrance and one exit. now if you are a police officer you will know the frustration with the one entrance, you could sit outside a bank for hours upon hours until someone gives up or we are forced to push in. its kind of annoying, But I'm not here to suggest a fix to that, I'm here to give you different options with a new bank robbery spot that has two entrances and not as many choke points. there are many pro's and con's for this location for BOTH sides.
Lets look where it is on the map.

This is where the location is, Vinewood Boulevard and Alta Street it is a bank, A real bank with a Vault and everything, it has 3 levels, The basement where the vault is, The main floor, and the upstairs area/catwalk. the upstairs area has 2 rooms that you can enter and has a catwalk overlooking the main floor (perfect for shooters inside) Here is two picture's of the hallway and the two rooms.

Now not only does this give cool room clearing opportunity's for swat, but it also has good hiding places for criminals
let us talk about outside shooters, and what kind of outside shooter locations to expect from the criminals, and beware, there is endless spots to check for outsides, so air 1 is a must before even rolling up.

View attachment 20723View attachment 20722Endless Locations and a nice bit of location scouting before the robbery. I'm not going to be showing you how you get up there, but every location I showed does not require a parachute or a helicopter you can get up by ladders or stairs, theirs a way.
Lets talk about the vault, This is where you or one of your buddies will be to start the robbery, You cant leave the metal on the ground while the robbery is active unless you want to stop/cancel the robbery, It's an actual vault that you can Role play that you are cracking it.

Now we can't talk about the vault without talking about MONEY!!!, How much money are you going to get from the vault? well admittedly that's up to leadership to decide but if I were to suggest how much it should be, it would be double the amount you get from Blaine county if not more. You might be asking yourself why, well because the robbery will take 15 mins to complete for a start, and require at least 6-8 cops on (up to leadership). PS id like to see a cool down put on the robbery for double the time it takes to rob the place. so people aren't robbing it all the time.
Lets have a look at those nice entrances I was talking about earlier.

we got the 2 entrances that are on either side of the building, View attachment 20713 Entrance number 2 has a stairwell going up to the second floor, Entrance number 1 does not have a stairwell. that door you saw on the left in the interior of entrance 2, that leads to the stair well going to the second floor, View attachment 20715this stairwell leads to the catwalk where criminals should, would, could, be holding View attachment 20716 Have a look at the first entrances interior this is definitely a choke point but it has different angles to the catwalk, Could be useful in supporting swat. Last but not least we got inside the tellers, Which the glass is all bullet proof btw, but we have the stairwell upstairs and the stairwell downstairs to the vault.

So that's the bank, Looks cool, id love to be apart of a bank robbery in it or outside of it.
Now, What do you think about this idea?
