Counter-Strike Global Offensive Jail Server uhh RTV when map crash

so... yea. There's ppl saying (or 1 person atleast) that when the map crashes, RTV is allowed. I asked him if an admin said it, he said yes, then I asked who said it, he said all of it. After, it became less... believable. Is this true or am I just really bad at noticing things?

I have heard different things about this. I still influence rtv when the server crashes. But some tell me no.

I mean, it's influencing rtv no matter what to be honest. But it might be an exception :/

I don't understand the people who KNOW a map crashes the server yet they still nominate and get people to vote for it....

Tethys yeah i know your understanding on if a map crash or something or you play the goddam map over 5 hours you might aswell get a manager on and get a map change, and it will or could chrash too so yeah its 50 50
