It has to do with the /me command

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
If you use "/me" on the FiveM server, it will advertise to everybody on the server.
What should be happening instead?
It should only stay between the people that they are engaged in role play with instead of it being broadcasted throughout the whole server.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
