Neither. I find myself lost with the Marvel movies because there are simply too many, and trying to connect the various sub-movies for all the characters is a lot. It's a lot to keep track of unless you're invested in it.

DC has put out very few "good" movies. I don't count the Batman trilogy in with "DC" movies because it's phenomenal.

All the Batman movies should be counted as DC movies, most importantly, because they've drawn a lot of attention to DC and gave them the confidence to make movies until they make a good one.

The reason I quoted you Simon Simon is to simply say that, for DC, ignore the movies. Watch the TV shows. Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and DC's Legends of Tomorrow are all connected, but they're so good. On top of that, Gotham is definitely worth checking out. It's coming to a close, but it's essentially like a big origin story for Batman and a number of Batman villains. Seriously worth checking out.

I've been meaning to watch Gotham for some time! (It's on my Netflix list). Once I finish Brooklyn Nine Nine I'll move onto that I'm sure. Thanks for the insight dude.

I'll only head into DC land for Batman. I like my Marvel superheroes

I'm not big on American comics, but I suppose it would be Marvel.

I am not big on superhero movies. I find them extremely repetitive and boring.

Never really watched a DC movie, except for green lantern. With marvel, I watch almost every movie xd

Other. Definitely Twilight universe. LotR is ok, HP is better, but Twilight beats them all.

/Team Jacob

I like DC better, they make good movies every now and then (Can't wait till Shazam!) They have much better Superheros, that's why they make good TV shows that is because it's more vigilante stuff, they don't have to have a team. For marvel on the other hand, they are much more team orientated. That's why most of the DC shows, like the Arrowverse for the CW, is much better. For Movies by far is Marvel, it's a lot more organized. Having the solo movies makes it better.

I like the movies and the TV shows they each male. So hard to make a decision on which is best.

None. I simply cannot enjoy movies that are based around superheroes. Just a personal thing.

I like DC for Batman ("how did a normal human beat a super powered almost invincible war-god?" "BECAUSE I'M BATMAN!!!"), but avoid Marvel because that would mean supporting the mouse-based global conquest.

All that said: I prefer Manga and anime over both by far.

This is the "Because I'm Batman" sort of scenario I like.....

DC, it's more darker than Marvel, but Marvel to me definitely has more memorable characters
