If you could chop a car for money...

What model would it be and how much you think your going to get?

For example:

Chop: Bati motorcycle
Price: 300 dirty money

-Summer

Price: $10,000 Dirty

Would there be a minimum or a maximum price you could make per chop? (regardless of car value) or would it be a flat rate percentage of gta online price/ kelly bluebooks?
Would you be able to chop players cars? or just gta cars (would take away need to look up kellybluebooks value)

And I have briefly talked with some people about the idea and there is mixed feelings about being able to chop player cars:
1st argument: Real life expensive cars get stolen and they change vins and sell parts (so it would be realistic)
2nd argument: Players work hard for money and shouldn't be able to have their cars chopped (i dont think that is a great reason because we can lock vehicles, and vehicles that you cannot lock (tow trucks, cop cars) could be blacklisted.

These are just my thoughts, good chance I'm overstepping (i do that on accident a lot) so my apologies
