Gaming laptops are always worse. Well, if you are ready to spend tons of money to buy a laptop which will also work as a furnace and will be always plugged in 'cause it can't play games for long, then yes, it's your choice. But my choice is PC. By the way, speaking of gaming computers. What antivirus do you prefer? I'm torn between norton vs avast[/URL]. Which oned have you used and can recommend?

You're working with a lot of money here so if I were you I'd go with something that will last and the best way to ensure that is to look for the best deal for your money and frankly you're never really going to find that with a laptop or pre-built machine. My recommendation is to purchase the components and build the machine yourself, that way you'll save money and also learn in the process.

When it comes to anti-virus software I could rant all day, honestly with a good windows firewall ruleset(not defender) you'll accomplish more than most on the market... they are all complete trash.
If I were to recommend an antivirus however It'd have to be Symantec Endpoint as it's the only AV I'll allow near my PC. I've threw my all at Symantec in the past and it shut me down time after time so I can definitely vouch for it's efficiency.
