Players can take control of bot.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

Players can take control of the bot while in spectator. This should not be happening and is (probably) the reason that the replay bot is constantly breaking on the bhop server.

What should be happening instead?

Players shouldn't be able to control the bot.

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Have the bot working then have someone join spectator, press the use key on the bot and see if you can take control of it

I believe it's as simple as throwing ' sm_cvar bot_controllable "0" ' into the particular game servers server.cfg. However I may be wrong due to my knowledge being a little outdated or possibly it'll conflict with something already in place, I don't see a reason for why you'd need to take control of a bot at any point on a Bhop server though.
