Bad Company 2 auto-balance broken again

It put out one message about the teams.. then it didn't do anything . been several minutes with 4 extra players.

Need a little more then auto balance is broke! How many players were on the server, was it at the end of the round or middle? Is it a everyday issue?

Pretty sure the server needs to be restarted, have things just hanging in the air. Not sure on the auto balance, it seems to work then at times it seems it doesn't, usually when it doesn't the server has like 20ish people on it

The server was restarted along with all plugins that morning before his post.
