[CSGO] {pG} TTT Detectives mic volume

Hey there 4Head ! I remember posting this same suggestion on pG forums, but unfortunately due to the merge, the pG tech team didn't apply this change. Basically, I suggested making all the Innos/Ts mic volume like 60-70%(amount can be changed) and leaving the Ds mic louder. This would benefit players whenever the server has 15+ players on, because all the D KOSes will be easier to hear over the mic spamming and also it will become substantially easier to differentiate the D KOS and the Inno KOS.

At this time we won't be changing the volume of any role on the server. However, we are looking into different features that will have the same outcome as this. Thanks for the suggestion~
