Can CTs use the secrets during warday? I've looked on the rules but I can't find it anywhere. I've seen so many CTs camping in scout secret on jb_vipinthemix_pg in LR room. (I personally think they shouldn't be allowed to). So if CTs can use T secrets, on jb_minecraft_beta_pg can CTs use the 200hp secret? I've asked a few admins and they don't know the answer to it.

If you check the FAQ for Jailbreak which is located here you'll see some questions regarding the rules, including
5) On VIP-in-the-mix are you allowed to be on the T secret during Warday in the LR room?
Yes, you are allowed to go up there.

From my knowledge you're allowed to use T secrets in a warday area, on the case of minecraft that would be based on what the admins currently on think since delaying a location isn't allowed. On dojo you're allowed to use the one sided speaker in disco as well, but it's always safer to ask what the admins on think since they have final word on the rules.

You're allowed to do secrets as long as it's not one time With the 200 HP secret, yes it could be considered as delay but I'd say it's admin discretion, every admin has a different opinion on something.

Yes, you can do secrets in the war day area as long as it isn’t a TP to somewhere outside the specified area.
