So I've stumbled across a new UI for ATMs which actually looks like an ATM.
You have to click on the green slot to "input your card" sort of thing, and i believe you have to press the keypad 5 times as if your entering a PIN code, and takes 5 seconds to make a withdrawal.
I believe it is configurable to set a limit to how much you can withdraw.
