Guns aren't spawning on particular maps (ex. ttt_dolls)

I know for sure on Dolls the guns aren't spawning in and there have been others that other players have said
What should be happening instead?
Guns should be spawning in the map before round starts
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
Join ttt and play on dolls and other maps to see if guns are spawning
Any extra info we may need to know
The minecraft 2018 map is working with guns, but others aren't
