Surf and BHop rank databases are combined

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When you check the Top Ranks in !rank the top users are spread between the two servers.

What should be happening instead?

They should be separate instead of combined
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Just get on either server and check top ranks in !rank

Now that we updated the Bhop server into Docker and using a completely new Timer; everything should be separated. If this is still a continuing issue contact me directly or make a thread, as of now this should be fixed.
