"Remove clothing" menu does not display the clothing/outfits

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
After adding some different outfits to my collection and saving them to my home, I went home to browse and possibly get rid of some that I had saved by mistake. However, once I opened the menu (Remove Clothing), the list is blank. The part of the menu to select clothing is visible and fine, but the remove doesn't display the outfits.
What should be happening instead?
Should display the same list found in the clothing with the ability to select and remove specific saved outfits.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
Save an outfit to your home- go to said home- go into the clothing menu- remove clothing menu is blank even if there are saved outfits.
Any extra info we may need to know
- The "Manage Attachments" button on this form also does not work, stating -"do not have permission to access this page"
