Tech Help I need help to choose a CPU xd

Hey Guys!
I'll build a new PC and i have a problem to choose the CPU NotLikeThis
I am between choosing a Ryzen 5 2600, an i5 9400f, an i5 8400 or waiting for a possible R5 3600
I'll start doing streams on twitch 2 so there's another the other problem to choose the CPU.
I want to play and stream without Lag or other things like that.
The components will be these:
Ram: HyperX Predator RGB 3000Mhz
Mobo: Asus ROG b450-F (AMD) / MSI B360 Gaming Pro Carbon (Intel)
Gpu: GTX 1660 Ti
PSU: Evga 650 GQ
Cooler: NZXT Kraken X52
CPU: ?
I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE :v

What is your overall budget?

Are you planning to do a lot of rendering ever (eg, editing and uploading later).

Honestly, either option is a fairly good one. The 8400 is a nice processor for its price. the Ryzen is also good. Either one will handle what you want to do fine - If I can twitch stream and game and other things at once, on my 2012 build, anything is possible on newer hardware

Im upgrading my PC soon too, but im 100% waiting for ryzen 3 to come out before I do, its only a 2-3 month wait.

After that, best case you get the newest version of a CPU that you want.
Worse case, the CPU's you are considering now will be cheaper than before.

Also if you need to save some money, get a good air cooler, or simply wait a bit to get the X52 after seeing what the stock temps are for what you're doing.
