Server Improvements.

Good evening everyone, I would like to get into contact with the server developer or developer department. This is because I know a way to proper call client and server sided scripts, to cut down on the amount of resources. Also, while being a former developer I have numerous items that I am willing to share that were unreleased. These include EUP duty belts, custom gun mods, the ability to add cuffs on a player when handcuffed and numerous other things. Thank you.
