Bad Company 2 BC2 server needs to be reset?

Got this message on TS3 today, a little over an hour ago:

<13:16:36> "slipstream": anyone out there

Not sure what the issue is, but can someone take a look?

The problem is always present on the server, no weapons available, perhaps it need be restart or reset.
