Lag being caused by object on chicken-island

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On map chicken-island when standing on the water wheel outside it kills the server and causes tremendous amounts of lag. Idk why it just happens

What should be happening instead?

I guess it shouldn't be lagging?

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Just stand on the waterwheel outside and it will start to drop frames

We figured out it's due to an object in one of the cells. I'm not that familiar with stripper but if someone is down to pull it I can show where it's at.
