Repetitive Phrases?

A repetitive phrase, like everyone for a while said ?it really be like that,? things for that nature. At the moment a goofy little phrase ive attatched to anything is ?poo poo? me and my friend said something was poo poo one day and it stuck. We used to say ?ho ho? and ?ding dong? too, so you can tell we are really just hilarious people. (Sarcasm)

My question to you is, have you ever heard a phrase and just started repeating it a ton, or made something up randomly that you say a lot? What is it?
