torch relay special day doesnt work.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

When you choose torch relay the server begins a endless loop of going through round after round slaying the GOTV bot and reseting the round. The only way to leave this is changing the map. Making the whole server join spectator does nothing.

What should be happening instead?

I don't even know.. I don't even know...
