Announcement CS Section on Discord

A new CS section has been added on our discord (https://discord.gg/eBNXRDf) so please make sure to join it and go to #role-assignment and type !addme-cs so you can join our section! We will be using it for things like event announcements and server issues that come up, and just a way for CS people to have a discussion about our servers
