Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The map stripper is broken. Example: On jb_obama_v5_beta there is a p250 in the cell 100% of the time, there's a TP inside of the cell which tp you to top of cells. On jb_quake_a04 its almost guaranteed a p250 (it used to never give a p250) or teleport. On jb_sg_dojo_v4-1 T's are able to start deathcrate, etc.

What should be happening instead?

It should be working and fix all of the bugs.

Just hop on the server.
