I like mine with lettuce and tomato, heinz 57 and french fried potatoes. Big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer.

Other. If it's on the burger, I'll eat it, otherwise I don't go out of my way to put it on.

...I definitely put some bright red fruit on my hamburgers, heck I will eat it by itself with some season salt on top =D
