teammates glow sometimes when dead

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

when you're in spec after you die, your teammates glow sometimes. this seems to be different than last time, where the colour seems to be only white (e: it can be multiple colours, i can post more screens if you need), and turns on and off randomly depending on location/angle. it also seems to not be solid sometimes. in one example it also messed with the red 'health remaining' thing that appears on teammates.

What should be happening instead?

there shouldn't be a glow

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

when dead go into freecam and look at your teammates, it'll happen randomly
