Dedicated suporters not being able to vote kick or ban on JB

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On jailbreak as a dedicated supporter we no longer have acces to the commands votekick and voteban, this issue only happens on jailbreak. me and alkawai tested this on minigames and it worked fine

What should be happening instead?

Dedicated supporters should be able to votekick and ban on jailbreak

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

Go onto jailbreak as a dedicated supporter and type !votekick or !voteban in chat(if you are an admin make sure to do it in spectator). or type sm_votekick <Name> in console

Is this not loaded onto JB currently?
