In Jailbreak, when a the game is switched to a new map the first round has like 2 guards and the terrorist always wins. So instead of a round that is unfun for CT. How about a quick (2 min) free day is enable. It is as fast as a normal first day round and it is fun to. New players can find key points like secrets, armory and which cells have vents. Maybe LR can be active to. They did it to TF2 and it worked fine
