Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

On server 1 I was able to duplicate my car using the impound, basically i drove the car into the impound lot, went into the impound list to bring a car back from impound and then was able to bring back the same car i was in

What should be happening instead?

The car should not show in the impund
​

Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible

On server 1(dont know if its only s1 or if it can happen on others) drive a car into the impound( the one this happend to me was impound 4 i belive). acces the list of cars you have impounded and you should be able to take out the same car you drove in with and end up having 2 of the same car
