Disable Calling SD's after 30s of the Round Starting

Title. I think this is important because I called a SD by accident like 2 minutes into the round and it ruined the round .

*cough* please, I keep pressing SD's on accident like 3 minutes into the round. Help

My question for this is how, how do you call a special day 3 minuets into the round like wat. But i agree, I think as soon as one t dies you should not be able to call a special day. And to make it so a t doesnt slay, as soon as a t dies to a ct might be better.

+1 Yes this seems like a good idea as there isn't really a reason to call a special day late in the round

I just so happened to be there when that happened. Definitely shouldn't be able to call a SD after a set amount of time for the obvious reason of it being disruptive to the server.
