Change !ST: !st <name>

Change !ST from showing a menu to just having you to input a person's name. This is just a quality of life upgrade for the !ST command. I mean it's fine now and all... but this method (!st <name>) would be a lot faster.

[JB] Make it easier to add STs

Recently a lot of time has been wasted because we have to set Ts that get Special Treatment, and in rare occasions the warden has died because he was rushed while looking in the menu. I suggest an easier way to do that so we can avoid these issues with setting ST. Instead of a menu to give a T, ST, would it be possible for one of the two things:

1) A text command (e.g !ST Fustin )

2) A look command (e.g I type !st and the person I have on my cross hair gets ST)

Either of these would make setting STs easier and less time consuming.

If there are any other ideas to make setting STs easier let me know and I will put them here.

We will be looking to add this to create an easier environment for wardens to hand out st faster. I know players and have seen players starting to move towards using the !st command, this will make it more efficient for everyone to use it.

1) A text command (e.g !ST Fustin )

We'll be looking going towards this as a command, also keeping the menu that does pop up. This is a great suggestion.

Thanks for the brilliant suggestion and it is something that has been implemented with the recent update. Thanks for this suggestion and for more information on server changes they can be found here. Show some love to Tech team as they played a key role in this process
