Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

The map surf_boring stage 13, has a part where you are unable to get out of a 'tube' to continue the stage. so you are stuck at the beginning of the stage. There is some-what of a fix for this, using !stuck. But this really ruins the experience of the map, and messes up my time. Also, i had no idea !stuck was a thing till another player told me. We should have no problem going through the tube.

What should be happening instead?

We should just being going through the tube with <<no effort>>. Unless someone were to bind !stuck.
