Call of Duty Pre-Exo movement games...actually, lets just stop it at MW3 or BO:2. After that, nope.

Otherwise: Battlefield.
 
CS1.6 (and then CSGO), Overwatch (though I kinda find it boring nowadays) and CoD (BlackOut). Sure I played and enjoyed the previous versions of most of the FPS games out there, but those drew my attention the most.
 
I started playing fps' with CSS/DOD:S, they were my gateway games for the genre. They always will have a special place in my heart.

Umm....Quake, Doom, Counter-Strike, and Team Fortress are all on the same tech-tree, along with Half-Life, Wolfenstein, and a couple of the MoH series.

So I voted for Dead Space.
 
Anyone here have a Hipster FPS they love? What I mean is a FPS that is either old and has no MP function, or is not really streamed by anyone so does not get recognized at all.

Mine: Project Snowblind. Only campaign works now days because the servers are long shut down...still really fun game.
 
cs doom cod and world of Warcraft and you need halo in there too, the best games i played and completed well ofcourse not cs and wow but the rest i have completed on doom i used 2 months to complete it and cod on all of the games i used 1 day cuz im a lazy bastard that time halo of course i used 2 days to complete all of the halo games it was fun but hard

One of my all time favorites is the original release of Prey back in 2006. That was my first horror game and the second M rated game (after Half-Life which would be T at worst these days) I was allowed to play. Yes, allowed. I was still pretty much a kid when it came out. I remember being so happy as a 12 or 13 year old when my dad said I was finally old enough to start playing some more mature games haha. I've gone back and played it a couple of times and I love it each time.
 
before csgo. i was on that call of robloxia grind.
 
Battlefield, since 1942 and of course his mod DesertCombat, finally a freedom of play really present, different gameplay and especially its graphics engine and animations that continues to surprise me, especially the last battlefield V.
Too bad there are worries about online games, but this franchise is my favorite. :thumbup1:
 
Straight up, Counter-Strike.

You've got 1.6, CS:S, and CS:GO.

Despite what the state of the CS community may be now, I've gotten so much bang for my buck in the thousands of hours I have between those games.

TF2 is awesome, I love it to death. But I don't really play it for its FPS aspect.

Call of Duty and Battlefield have been alright to me.

Never played the others (:
 
It's pretty close between Quake, CS, and Halo, but I chose Quake due to it being the catalyst for my esports career.
 
any of you tried Ring of elysium? ive been kinda addicted lately, by far the best fps in my opinion
