Years ago (2000) played Red Faction until they disappearing on the first day of CS came out, 3 or 4 month later someone from red faction
came in and told me come to play CS, holly geeee so many players in CS, Now im addict to Battlefield 1 and V and Anthem
 
Definitely my vote is for call of duty..
In my view call of duty is the best franchise adding new fps games yearly and giving new experience to the players and not repeatedly playing the same game for years..
My first fps game which I played was project IGI & IGI 2 cover strike..
Two beautiful storylines..
 
probably the rainbow six games, not siege but the old ones that were just story. those were fun
 
doom 2016, shadow warrior 2, and dusk come to mind. i like the fast ones. also, ion maiden is shaping up to be fantastic.
 
My favorite FPS follows a timeline
Elementary school to early Middle School redchance: Halo
Early Middle School to Late Middle School redchance: Call of Duty
Late Middle School to Early High School redchance: Battlefield
Late High School to Early College redchance: Team Fortress 2
Mid College to 2 year out of College redchance: Counter Strike
Present redchance: Well.... Rust is pretty cool. Its basically a limited sandbox, survival FPS.
 
It's gotta be call of duty. Been playing since call of duty 4

Probably cause it's not really a "FPS Franchise".

There's FPS elements but GTA was always more focused on the driving and doing missions/easter egg hunts type of deal. Not being a FPS game.
 
Planetside 1 before Planetside 2 was an amazing game that nothing else can compare too. Just my opinion. :)
 
I don't have a real favorite. I love all the FPS Franchises out there and do my best to play them all. But I did grow up with Quake, Doom and Battlefield.
 
Oh, the survey results showed that I'm not the only one here who still likes Counter Strike. My friends call me grandpa when I play it, lol. Anyway, it's my favorite game ever and I was the best player at that time. Well, I've lost my skills now, but if I play CS for a month, I think I can get a new rank. In fact, it's cool that they came up with the ranks, I remember that I played a lot improving my skills to become the best of the best and I almost succeeded. By the way, I found a great article about Csgo ranks and remembered that the 5 best CSgo ranks are Distinguished Master Guardian, Legendary Eagle, Legendary Eagle Master, Supreme Master First Class
and The Global Elite. I wonder what your rank is?

F.E.A.R is a good game, It was billed as a cerebral sci-fi horror game, but F.E.A.R. (and its two sequels) is best when you play it as a pure shooter. Gunfights are cinematic spectacles, with smoke trailing bullets, windows and walls disintegrating around you and grenades sending bodies flying. A slow-mo toggle just makes it all the more dramatic, and no game since has made me feel as much like an action movie star (it’s how we imagine the Matrix video game should have turned out). forpc.onl jiofi.local.html
