The problem is that too many people continuously hog warden even when other people queue. This results in consecutive rounds with a complete trash warden (such as myself) or a cancer warden.
My idea for a solution is simply to add priority to the warden queue. For example, the previous warden is automatically given the lowest priority if they queue again (I'll leave it up to debate to decide how long they'll be at low priority). That way, other people have a chance at being warden AND if nobody else queues they still have a chance to be warden.
Not sure if such a system already exists, but thought I'd suggest it.
EDIT: kev's suggestion below mine is a really good idea expanding on the concept of the warden queue priority system

tbh if possible there should be a way of checking how the rounds go, either in favor of the ct's or t's, if they got to lr or not, and then setup a "elo" based off of that and highest elo = highest round success and hoghest elos have priority. Its a more trustworthy way of reputation. No joke i could help yalls code that. And for warden hog i think nobody should be warden more than 4 times in a 7 round period, so having a priority/random system.
