Gang tags get cut off in the tab menu

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
Although the max character count for a gang is 20, the cap for the tab menu is 15.
What should be happening instead?
The character limit should be shortened or the tab menu tags should be increased.
Please describe how to replicate the bug in as much detail as possible
Create a gang with over 15 characters.

Lots of people waste credits renaming because of this.
