giving st to a dead person gives them st the next round

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible.

when you choose a dead person's name from the !st list and give them st, it will make them green the next round. as the rules doesn't allow st to carry over it can make everything confusing

no st should be given

Im pretty sure we cant give STs to dead now,/ST nextround not 100% sure though

dead players cant be selected for st in the menu anymore, so it's not a problem now
